Deer Chase Mobile Estates (formerly Bailey Run MHP) is a 44 slip mobile home park in the heart of Central Pennsylvania, located in Perry County, about 20 miles north of Harrisburg, PA. The park uses two onsite wells for its water supply and an on-site sewage treatment plant, daily operations performed by a PA licensed operator. The park consists of 2 plots of land, consisting of a total of 18+ acres. The main plot (15.7 acres) is where all of slips are as well as one well and the sewage treatment plant. The second plot, accross Old Limekiln Rd. is where the second well is located. It is 2.5 acres. There is potentially room to add some mini storage or some additional slips.
